Oh that fear. It is love in disguise trying to protect us and take care of us. Talk to that part that holds on tight to fear and have a good chin wag. Tell it you will care for it, and listen when it takes you by the throat because it does so with love. How odd, this concept. It seems the total opposite, I know. Somehow, love is at the core of all our greatest puzzles. xo
