What does it mean, to ‘love yourself’?

For me, it is taking time to slow down and pay attention to how we are responding to our journey, in any given moment.

Anxious? Take a moment to listen inward. Try to discover why your soul-self is asking for your attention. Which part of you feels uncomfortable? What triggered this emotion? Take time to remind yourself you are worthy of a moment’s grace. Honour your keen sensitivity with love.

Frustrated or angered? Pay attention to what’s going on around you to have you feel such disappointment. Love yourself enough, to take a breath and when you do, offer yourself encouragement to tap into the universe, to Spirit, for love and guidance.

Overjoyed? Take a moment to reflect on your emotions and offer gratitude to the beauty of your journey. Expand into every happy moment as a means of allowing your soul-self to resonate with the high vibrational energy of joy.

Spirit is with you, always. You are an integral part of all that is. Love yourself enough to remember this truth. You are worthy, beyond all imagining.
