How disappointing to hear that an irresponsible and negative thinking intuitive-type left the staff at a local business with the idea “There is dark energy here.” How did this helpful person suppose the staff would live out their days working in the place following this brilliant assertion? The intuitive brought forward a mindset of darkness and left it for the vulnerable to live. I find that very distasteful.

I spoke to an employee there yesterday who looked very anxious and upset while describing a host of incidents where numerous staff, both men and woman, run from the building at the end of the evening because of one mysterious thing or other going on. Why are they so fearful? Is it because someone TOLD them they have reason to be? By leaving the staff with this idea of ‘dark energy’ our well meaning (fearful?) intuitive invites in fear and then, low and behold, fear resonates throughout. I roll my eyes.

Let’s rethink this a little.

What if the spirit isn’t evil? What if the spirit is trying to communicate a negative experience that they lived while in or around the building? What if the spirit is reaching out to ask for support? Love? Acknowledgement? A way ‘home’? What if the spirit needs our help? If that were the case, would the employees still greet each incident with the same intensity of trepidation and anxiety? Clearly there are a multitude of mysterious happenings at the location.

I want to suggest that generally speaking, the possibility that a spirit would be reaching out for help is a hundred times more likely, as well as being a much healthier mindset to be in when choosing how to respond to spirits who interact in unusual ways. If someone asks for our help, our hearts will likely be in a vastly different place than if we think they are approaching us with ill will.

Why not choose light?

Enter Catherine ~.

As it happens, a spirit from this location reached out to me asking me to contact the owner to find a resolution to her situation. (Hence my visit) Rather than being a dark and evil force, looming about, it is the spirit of a young child.

The spirit is a little girl…. She is a very intelligent little soul for whom an injustice was done which changed the course of her life. Although she lived many lifetimes ago, her challenge still remains. She tells me:

“I want someone to listen to me. Nobody ever listens to me, or what I want for me.”

Some of the stories that were relayed to me yesterday described very childish behaviours. In fact, when I waffled about whether or not to talk to the staff about her, she knocked something off a shelf and smashed it on the floor close by. Young spirit let me know, with a cheeky grin, that if the owner will fulfill her request, she will happily give the staff a break from her antics. She says, “It’s the only way I can get their attention!”

I bet you, with a little guidance, the staff can start to view the situation within this new light.

Does this mean I am naïve and have never experienced anything unnerving in my lifetime of interactions with the spirit world? Not at all. There have been on occasion, incidents that have literally taken me out at the knees––made me dizzy, nauseous, taken my breath away. Can you imagine the depth of fear felt by this poor, poor soul, who has held onto such depth of emotion from their personal experience? Can you understand how blessed I feel to be trusted enough that the spirit would allowed me to bear witness to their grief? Rather than fear, I want to offer out my deepest condolences. While at the same time, I immediately make a clear and fast separation from the experience so that I do not fall to the ground from the weight of it.

Fear is a choice. We can say no to fear.

The very powerful young spirit at the location I am referring to shared some eye-popping experiences with me, as she invited me to blend with her to deepen my understanding of what she lived. Holding space always for ‘the highest good of all’ to be served, I am able to greet these unusual experiences with a sense of curiousity, rather than fear. There are ways to ground oneself when living these unusual experiences without jumping to the conclusion there is EVIL at hand.

I will be setting up a meeting with the owner of the location and hope to speak to him this week. I am looking forward so much to bringing some light to the situation.

Choose light, always, and surround yourself and those you choose to work with in the love and light that is available to all.

With warmth and love,
Catherine ~
