Spirits who come are often here to let their loved ones know, there is life after life and they are alive in it! They live with you and through you as much or as little as you would have them do.
Open your heart and invite them to join you. They will hear and appreciate the acknowledgement. Allow them to join you in the joy of living each day to the fullest.
