I can tell you one thing
In so much as
We are all one
These are the ideas to listen for…
I can be near you
In the physical
I can reach out and touch you
And hold you
And kiss you
These are the human feelings
The human connections
It’s what we all wish for
On some level
Yes, spirit. About oneness…
I can’t explain to you the connections on the spirit level
That there is no separation
Is an understatement of grand proportions
There is no ‘we’
There is no you or I
There is just a sense of love
That penetrates all boundaries
And creates instead
A beautiful sense of together

Separation
Once there was child of love
Who felt herself alone in her journey
Who is that child?
Why would she choose to imagine herself
Separate from all others?
Listen to your heart
Listen to your souls song
Sing the song that joins the hearts of the many
And has them dancing
Hands linked
Bodies entwined
Until the bones
And teeth
And skin
Dissolve into the nothingness that they are
And all become one
In the starlight
The moonlight
The universal energy of truth
Listen for that dance
And make a choice to join in
Make a choice to let that be your truth
And step into the rhythm of it
The whole of it
The laughter you seek
Is all around you
Open your ears to hear it
Open your heart
And let the joy that is
Be who you choose to be
Allow the you
As you claim to be,
As you call yourself,
To forgive the universe for its…
For its stumbling attempts
To keep you
One from the other
As a means to offer ‘life’ lessons
When all one truly needs to accept
Is the notion
That life is about the oneness
We all want a sense of unity
It’s what we endlessly strive for
The reaching and
The connecting
With the one
The One
The All
Step out of your skin
At least once a day
And experience yourself
As part of all that is
Let your soul reach out
Endlessly
In all directions
And breathe into the oneness
Love that much
And you will find the peace you’re searching for
