Anxiety is not your enemy. Why do humans treat it as such?
We here in spirit are puzzled by this, as we look on with empathy, kindness, concern. There is a calling within the seed of anxiety, whispering to your heart to listen, and yet those in the midst of the anxious experience so often miss the call.
Listen gently, Loved One. Listen more often than you’ve come to practice.
There are distractions with a capital ‘D’ in your world. I understand you turn to them to separate from anguish, but in doing so, you separate yourself from love.
No wonder you feel out of sorts…
If you must separate yourself from something, do so with the mind-numbing activities you’re engaged in. Instead, become aware of your need for distraction and sit with your awareness for a time.
Take a moment right now. Reach into anxiety, and whisper softly, “I’m listening.” Now gently, with compassion, place your hand on your heart and take a step further, “I’m here.”
Anxiety is a sacred language, intended to bring you closer to yourself. As you open your heart to self-kindness, new pathways of possibility begin to emerge. We encourage you to begin with awareness, then step into the language of sacred self-love.
Breathe again, Dear One. We are with you.
